Our private Zion Jeep tours have long been known for revealing southern Utah’s hidden treasures to travelers seeking authentic experiences. Now, we’ve extended that expertise to create unforgettable backdrops for your most important celebrations. Whether you’re planning an intimate wedding, milestone birthday, corporate team experience, or custom celebration, we take the road less traveled to venues and vistas that most visitors never discover.

Our goal at Zion Jeep Tours is to make your celebration unforgettable. We work with you to customize every detail, utilizing either the west “Mesa Vista” or south end “Outback” of Zion—each offering spectacular elevated views and exclusive access away from the crowds. Your guests will experience the same spirit of discovery and wonder that has made our tours legendary.
Event Planning & Logistics
Our special events are fully customized to your vision. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration for 6 people or a larger gathering requiring multiple vehicles, we’ll work with you to create the perfect experience.
- Group Sizes: We accommodate groups from 3 to 50+ guests using our fleet of private vehicles (3 to 11 passengers per vehicle). All groups remain private—we never mix separate parties together.
- Children & Special Accommodations: Children younger than 8 years old who are under 57″ or weigh under 40 lbs are required to use an appropriate child car restraint. Please contact us to discuss accommodations for very young children or guests with special needs.
- Service Animals: Certified service dogs are welcome. Please call to make arrangements.
- Cancellation Policy: A full refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours prior to your event.
Pickup & Coordination
We offer flexible pickup options at any location convenient to you in Springdale, Rockville, or Virgin. For events requiring multiple vehicles or custom timing, we’ll coordinate directly with you to ensure seamless logistics.
Important Notes:
- If meeting in Springdale (and not staying there), please note the town has paid curbside parking. Visit the Town of Springdale website for parking information.
- We are unable to pick up at Zion Lodge or the Watchman Campground inside the National Park. If you’re staying at either location, we can arrange pickup at Zion Canyon Village in Springdale near Zion Brew Pub (Springdale Shuttle stop #1).
What to Plan For
- Attire appropriate for the weather and terrain (note: several jeeps are open-air)
- Sunscreen and sun protection
- Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots (overlook walks are brief)
- Hat and sunglasses
- Camera or phones for capturing memories
- Snacks (if desired)
- Water bottles (we’ll provide cold water for the group)
- Any personal medications or special items you may need
